How publishing works: “Save” stores your changes and previews them on this device. “Publish” downloads a
trips.json file — upload it to your site (next to booking.html) and the live booking page updates for everyone.

Security note: this admin page is protected only by a passcode in the page itself — that’s light obfuscation,
not real security. Before it holds real customer or payment data, it should sit behind proper server-side login.
Change the passcode at the top of admin.html (PASSCODE).
